Following this page is the decision of the Rabbinic Court of Justice to the plea for jurisdiction by the people of the Republic of Texas. The decision came down in 1997 shortly following the Republic of Texas original appeal to the court for jurisdiction, which was written by (gentile) L. Savage and Rabbi Herbert Gilner.
The words in the decision of this court could be one of the most elequent treatises in the annals of Republic of Texas history.
If you read the document with an open heart and an open mind, you will see that it is righteousness this court is now poised to judge. It is obvious the wisdom and learning that has gone into this document.
I for one do not believe that it is pure coincidence that the Early Texans chose an olive leaf to place on their seal, especially since olives were not a native plant to early Republic of Texas.

The brief is posted on the internet in, as-close-as-possible, to the original in format, font, pagination, and so forth.
And in an appropriate and respectful manner---
GOD BLESS TEXAS!
L. Savage & J. Savage
Rabbi Herbert Gilner is an orthodox, (he prefers neodox) Rabbi. He is a man I genuine love, honor and respect. His learning and wisdom goes beyond that of any I could ever hope to acheive. Rabbi Gilner's first love is the land of Isreal, but we are so lucky his second love is the land of Texas. Rabbi Gilner is currently a translator of the scriptures, and his work brings new and exciting life to those words he has touched. It is by G-d's benevolence He graced the Republic of Texas with Rabbi Gilner.
For those christians that still believe that it was the Sanhedrin that killed the Jewish Jesus, please go back and read the text of your scriptures again. It plainly states that Pilot, (i.e.- Rome,) was the one which sentenced the execution. It was Marshal Law and the Military Provost Marshal Pilot who ordered the sentence of death and carried it out. NOT A COURT of LAW! It was Roman soldiers which carried out all crucifixions. The Sanhedrin had no judicial power in that time to issue death sentences. It is possible that the Sanhedrin judges of that day were evil men, sitting in unrighteousness, but it was the average Jewish person they were inflicting with their false measures of justice. Why do you think the Jesus was taunting and condemning them all the time? Further study will show that the judges in that day were appointed by Herod as political favors and manuevering. Remember it was Herod's temple!
Too many Patriots in the United States, blame all Jewish People, for all time memorial for the atrocities of people like Henry Kissinger. But these Patriots stop short of finishing their study or they would learn it was this Rabbinic Court of Justice which excommunicated Kissinger for the same atrocities.
To think the Jew is going to rule the world without the Messiah as ruler being on the scene is absurd. Look at the state of affairs in the land of Israel today. The de-facto government in Israel, and being influenced by the United States, cannot even solve the problems of their tiny nation, which is smaller than most counties in Texas.
The Hebrew people will take their rightful place in world government only after the Messiah comes and sets up his throne in Jerusalem. And that rightful place will be determined by the Supreme Lawgiver.
The right to rule, the sceptor was given to Judah, and was taken away by the Supreme Judge, during the Roman Empire era, and the same is noted in the Jewish holy writings. Until Shiloh comes (Messiah), with the sceptor belonging to Judah, then hocus pocus theology about such is nothing but hot air from unlearned, unstudied persons.
