It was presented in behalf of the People of the Republic of Texas by the Provisional Government General Council
After appealing to the jurisdiction of the Rabbinic Court of Justice in 1997, and receiving a favorable ruling for the hearing of this case by virtue of the Noachide Laws and Covenant, this case was diligently prepared for hearing.
It was submitted to the court's wise counsel on September 28, 1998, so that it would enter for hearing in the new year at Yom Kippur, Day of Atonement.
It is our prayer that, wisdom guide all parties in these matters.
This brief is not strictly a legal brief in the ordinary sense or usage and was not written by attorneys. The evidences and exhibits amassed were through the endeavors of many, bearing an ever-growing heartache and love for their native land of Texas. For the first time in over 130 years, the case of the Republic of Texas will be heard by fair, impartial, neutral court with international standing.
