The above quotation holds even more true today than it did when General Lee made this statement to the governor of the Republic of Texas. We are still suffering at the hands of the reconstructionist carpetbaggers and the illegal laws set in place against a free nation by the UNITED STATES and its subsidiaries and its agents.

The following is what the TEXAS STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL of the RECONSTRUCTION ACTS - (a carpetbagger) is demanding of Republic of Texas citizens. Dan Morales is on a fishing expedition again.

He has sent out many-many-yes many of these type demands on Republic of Texas citizens. Morales has no crime committed - and no criminal complaints against the Republic of Texas - YET - illegally through the so-called TEXAS JUSTICE SYSTEM (really Texas Injustice System!) he is harrassing innocent citizens simply for their political viewpoints! - Of course their political views do include the end of Dan Morales political career in TEXAS - forever!

His office has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in his two year long and unsuccessful tirade! against the Republic of Texas and has NOTHING to show for it! Well he does have a few contempt of court charges under his belt against innocent people. Republic of Texas citizens openly admit their contempt of TEXAS STATE INJUSTICE and their illegal, unconstitutional, conspiratorial acts against innocent citizens invoking thier inherent rights excepted from government in the state of Texas constitution at Article ONE section TWO. "The people shall be secure, in their persons, houses, papers, and possessions, from all unreasonable seizures or searches, and no warrant to search any place, or to seize any person or thing, shall issue without describing them as near as may be, nor without probable cause, supported by oath or affidavit." (Texas Constitution Article 1 Section 9) NOTE: The above right excepted from government does NOT say in criminal cases only, but state from ALL unreasonable seizures and searches. Morales in his so-called civil action is performing acts in direct contravention to this right. The lady whom the unlawful search and seizure is being performed against has not held any office in the government of the Republic of Texas. She has been held against her will - without a warrant being issued of any kind and without any cause.

We admit our contempt for Dan Morales and his entire fraudulent schemes to deny Texians their rights, - rights excepted from government. Texas constitution Article ONE section TWENTY-NINE! Read it DAN!

1. DEFINITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

A. As used herein, "Documents" means any and all written, recorded or graphic materials of any kind however produced or reproduced and every non-identic copy thereof, including but not limited to letters, correspondence, telegrams, telexes, telecopies, e-mail messages, memoranda, bulletins, diaries, calendars, notes, notebooks, telephone bills and records, reports, summaries, forecasts, charts, graphs, maps, surveys, electronic data compilations, computer printouts computer disks, computer programs, invoices, receipts, letters of credit, canceled and uncancelled checks, ledgers, work sheets, securities, statements, confirmations, financial statements, expense reports, applications, exemplars, books, microfiche or microfilm or other media for the storage of documents or information in reduced size, pamphlets, envelopes or files, folders, and other similar containers, newspaper or magazine articles, speeches, research reports, advisory service publications or other forms of research material, press releases, prospectuses, annual reports, Filings with any federal or state agency, court records and pleadings, agreements, contracts, photographs, pictures, films, negatives, videotapes, cd-rom discs, audio tapes, cassettes, and other documentary materials of any kind whatsoever in any medium, as well as drafts of any of the foregoing.

As used herein, the term "relating to" means constituting, containing, showing, relating, or referring in any way, in whole or in part, including but not limited to documents underlying, supporting, currently or previously attached or appended to, or used in the preparation ofany document called for by the request. If a document or group of documents comes from a file, binder, or any other container, a copy of the label of such file, binder, or container shall be attached to the document.

WE would comment on the above if we understood this gobilty-goop. My English Teachers, (I had a Texas schooling), would have flunked me on this one.

C. As used herein, the term "Rot", shall mean the so-called Republic of Texas (including any subgroup, branch, or suborganization thereof, including, without limitation any purported court, council, jury, militia, embassy, bank, department, or other suborganization of or affiliated with the so-called Republic of Texas (collectively, the "ROT Subgroups')), and each individual constituent of the ROT Subgroups.

As used herein, the term "FAGOT", shall mean FROM the so-called ATTORNEY GENERAL OF TEXAS (including any subgroup, branch, or suborganization thereof, including without limitation, the persons and entitites, aka Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Gestapo, SS, etc.

D. As used herein, the term "and" as well as 'or' each shall be construed as necessary in order to bring within the scope of the request all documents which might otherwise be construed to be outside its scope.

Come on Dan - We aren't stupid - Say it in the King's English! You will construe the words to mean what YOU want them to mean- NOT what a legal dictionary or even what a common English dictionary says they mean! What do you mean to bring into scope what is outside the scope? How dishonest and illegal is that request! Does this ORDER fit the restrictions of "shall [NOT] issue without describing them as near as may be" in the constituion?

E. Any reference herein to an individual or entity includes any agent, attorney, representative, or other person acting for or on behalf of such individual or entity, and any reference to an organization or other entity includes any subsidiary, affiliate, division, department or any otherunit therein, any employee, member, officer, director, representative, agent, attorney or other person acting for or on its behalf, as well as any predecessor or successor entity.

F. As used herein, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

G. As used herein, "person" includes any individual or entity, including, without limitation, any trust or purported trust, government or purported government irrespective as to whether such individual or entity acts or purports to act in a representative or fiduciary capacity.

He wants the name and identity of every Republic of Texas citizen! Whether or not they are actively involved in invoking the right to reform alter, or abolish this present government in any manner deemed expedient. Texas Constitution Article One Section Two - (I wonder if the phone book would suffice since all we Texians are Republic of Texas citizens!)

H. In the event X_X_X_X_X_X seeks to withhold any document because of a claim of privilege, furnish a list identifying each such document by specifying (i) the type of document (ie. letter, memorandum, etc.) or some other means of accurately identifying it; (ii) its date, if any, or an estimate thereof and so indicated as all estimate if no date appears on the document; (iii) its author, if any; (iv) its addressee, if any; (v) each recipient, if any; (vi) its present location-, (vii) its present custodian; (viii) its general subject matter, as described in the document; and (ix) the nature of the claimed privilege.

What about the right to REFUSE to RESPOND due to Morales' unconstitutional demands! What about the privileges invoked by constitutional right - which are excepted from this government, including the ATTORNEY GENERAL and his cronies! Morales has even presumed the right to re-interpret the constitution - in favor of himself and his unconstitutional acts. The privileges invoked are on pages one and two of the constitution (Article One Sections 1-29) , and amazingly written in easily understandable English - unlike this document. Of course, MORALES' infamous contempt of court is always HIS weapon against innocent citizens. Morales' contempt of court charges are the only way he gets to jail innocent people, guilty of NO CRIME. He will answer, shortly, to the Supreme Arbiter of the Destiny of Nations. I'll bet Morales and his cronies do not even know where to find that phrase in the constitution !?!

All documents in the possession, custody, or control of X_X_X_X_X_X or of any agent, representative, attorney or other person acting for or on behalf of X_X_X_X_X_X, in any capacity in which she is described in the notice of deposition to which this exhibit is attached, which relate in any manner to the specific requests below:

REQUEST NO.1. AlI documents of any date relating to the identity or activities of persons active in or purporting to be members of, citizens of or to hold office in ROT.

REQUEST NO. 2. All documents of any date relating to all membership, activities, organization, income, and expenditures of ROT.

REQUEST NO. 3. All documents of any date relating to any property (real or personal, tangible or intangible) held, used, occupied or in the name, on behalf of or for the benefit of ROT, including, without limitation, all deeds, leases, deeds of trust, mortgages, liens, property descriptions, insurance policies, and insurance certificates.

REQUEST NO. 4. All documents of any date relating to any purported banks (whether or not operating) purportedly chartered by, affiliated with, sponsored by or under the auspices of ROT, or affiliated in any way with ROT, including, without limitation, their owners, officers, employees, depositors, other customers, and the source of any funding thereof.

REQUEST NO. 5. All documents of any date relating to any contracts, agreements, leases, or purported liens, judgments, orders, decrees or other purported legal process, purportedly issued by, through, or under the authority of ROT.

REOUEST NO. 6. All documents of any date relating to the identity, location, telephone numbers, telecopy numbers, e-mail addresses, and Internet URL's of purportcd members of ROT, including, without limitation, any mailing or contact lists.

REOUEST NO. 7. All documents of any date relating to the minutes of any meeting or session of ROT, including any ROT council, could board, department or other subgroup, organ or branch.
