April 1997, the citizens of the Republic of Texas are being harrassed for their political views unmercifully by the STATE of TEXAS and in particular by the so-called STATE of TEXAS Attorney General Dan Morales, his office, the STATE CONTROLLED courts, judges, clerks, and all other vermin connected with the STATE Attorney General's office.

Early in the wee hours of the morning in April 1997, myself, Darrell Franks and Earl Scott were contemplating on many things, when the thought came to me to file our case in the last international court in the world which might hear our case. The idea was tossed around for several hours before the congeal effect took hold. It was something we MUST do!

Thoughts such as this are not normal or native to Texians. These sort of ideas come from the ONE source inside a human wanting freedom. When man's mind has come to the end of his thought processes and abilities then our inspiriation inside (soul if you prefer) comes in an gives an answer!

Many of the satanic/reptilian bastards, i.e. Texas attorneys, Texas attorney generals, etc. will never understand this type of communication with the one's soul. The evil ones cannot comprehend righteousness (truth) - nor can they win against it.

This case was brought in an appeal for righteousness for our land and people of Texas.

After writing the 1st draft, I asked a dear friend and teacher, Rabbi Herbert Gilnair, to assist me with some of the passages-- and through his loyalty and love of Texas he did assist.

The following is the result of that combined effort.

It is not a purely legal document in the strictest sense, but also an ecclesiastical one also. This ecclesiastical court is the oldest known court on record. All other secular courts, were offered this case and refused jurisdiction or lacked jurisdiction to hear this case, purely on the law and the facts. It is a common fact of history, accepted that all secular courts derived their formats, their rules, their basis of operations from ecclesiastical courts, even back to or perhaps beyond the Sumerian era. Virtually all nations and empires of history were theocrasies in one form or another, owing their continued power to the ruling church of the era. (see The Middle Ages Revisted, by Del Mar)

On completion the final work was offered to Lewis Daniel, the Consul General for the Provisional Government of the Republic of Texas, wherein he finalized the paperwork and it was delivered to Israel's Rabbinic Court of Justice, the Sanhedrin Qetanah.
